You should have received an awareness letter from Firmenich, explaining why to e-Invoice Firmenich via Tradeshift, and inviting you to create your account. Before activating your Tradeshift account, you need to wait for an email invitation to join Tradeshift.

Please note that you should never create an account without having received the invitation. In case you have not received this invitation, please look for emails with sender: information@tradeshift.com and make sure you are not blocking these emails.
