It’s easy! This is one of the many benefits of being ‘onboarded’ and using the Tradeshift platform to submit invoices. Log into the Tradeshift platform and click the blue Documents Manager app (If you can’t see this at the top-left of your screen, click the grid icon. You can see how to use the app launcher here.)
In the Document Manager, the status of the invoice is shown in the status column. Click the Add Filter option at the top-right of the screen to change the search criteria. For more information, click into the invoice itself. Once the Charter Hall Accounts Payable have changed the invoice status, this will be visible in the Status and Status Message fields.
